The model is built on the fact that an effective, relevant and profitable organization in a global multicultural/ethnic, 21st century economic environment requires innovative strategies geared toward strengthening the leadership and management capacity of a diverse group of leaders across the organization.
The model equips leaders and managers with culturally dynamic strategies ( i.e. coaching/mentoring across race, navigating the cultural dynamics of power, understanding the effects of a “ Missionary Ideology” on leadership) that strengthens their leadership and management capacity.
